The service
FenceGro sends exclusive homeowner requests (“leads”) from its own quote sites to one partner contractor per area, and provides partner software. FenceGro does not install fences and is not a party to any contract between a contractor and a homeowner.
Trial
New partners may receive 3 leads at no charge within 14 days. After the trial, leads are delivered only on a paid plan.
Exclusivity
An area stays exclusive to a partner while the partner’s plan is active and paid. If a partner pauses or cancels, the area may be offered to the next contractor on the waitlist.
Credits for invalid leads
A lead is invalid if the number is wrong, the person is not the property owner, the address is outside the agreed area, it is spam, or it duplicates a lead from the last 30 days. Report it within 72 hours of delivery. We review the call recording and credit valid claims. Price objections or late contact are not grounds for a credit.
Your obligations
You hold the licenses and insurance your work requires, contact homeowners only about their request, honor STOP requests, and comply with applicable laws, including telemarketing and consumer protection laws. You may not advertise under our quote-site brands.
Payments
Prices are shown on the pricing page or in your order. Lead packs are paid in advance. Monthly plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Liability
The work, the quote and the warranty are your responsibility. FenceGro does not guarantee a number of leads or jobs. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
Text alerts
Partners can receive new lead alerts by text after opting in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
